Every One Fur All product is made to freshen pet-loving homes and cars. All candles are produced in the USA and contain an effective odor neutralizer to create the freshest environment. Pet House candles are crafted with 100% natural, dye-free plant-based wax and contain absolutely no paraffin/petroleum by-products. 

Holiday Fur All: Holidays Fur All combines classic fragrances of the Holiday Season. There's nothing more memorable than spending time with family (both furry and non-furry) and friends by the fire place while enjoying traditional holiday favorite scents including fir needles, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.

Hollyberry: Hollyberry is a festive mix of wildberries and oranges blended with cinnamon, clove, fir needles and pinecones.

Hot Cocoa: Hot Cocoa is a delightful winter fragrance featuring a delectable blend of chocolate morsels, cocoa and vanilla with a hint of mint and whipped cream. 

Sugar Cookies: Sugar Cookies is a sweet mix of vanilla, sugar, butter, with a dash of coconut and tonka bean to create a delicious baked cookie fragrance.

 

Pick Up & Delivery

When will my order be ready for pickup? 

At All Paws Retreat, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to our customers. To ensure a smooth and convenient pick-up experience, orders placed within regular business hours will be ready for pick up within two hours of the order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be ready for pick up the following day during regular business hours. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 9am-1pm 

 

When will my delivery order arrive?

Need something for your pup quickly but don’t have the time to come and get it? All Paws Retreat conveniently offers local delivery! We deliver up to 10 miles from our physical store location. To see if you are within our delivery area, input your address and the delivery zone map will indicate if you are in the selected area.

Monday-Friday:

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm will be delivered the same day between 3-6:00pm
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 3-6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday:

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day between 2-5:00pm
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 2-5:00pm

 

Shipping

Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 2:00 EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 2:00 EST then add one additional day.

We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Orders shipping in the continental US via UPS arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
