The award-winning Litter-Lifter scoop is the fastest and easiest scoop for cleaning clumping litter boxes. The special wedge-shaped Peaked Blades(see image) don't pick up clean litter... they only LIFT out waste! This eliminates shaking and sifting clean litter over and over again. The Litter-Lifter glides through the full length of the litter-box without stopping to unclog clean litter. The basket shape of regular scoops plus the weight of clogged sand trapped in the tines makes for heavy work. The Litter-Lifter is light and easy to use - it does not break up clumps because it gathers only waste from the bottom of the litter pan. The biggest advantage is that the Litter-Lifter does not scatter clouds of litter-box dust like other scoops. The clean litter remains in the box- the Litter-Lifter moves through the litter-box and catches fragments that are trapped in the wedge-shaped columns.

Pick Up & Delivery

When will my order be ready for pickup? 

At All Paws Retreat, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to our customers. To ensure a smooth and convenient pick-up experience, orders placed within regular business hours will be ready for pick up within two hours of the order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be ready for pick up the following day during regular business hours. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 9am-1pm 

 

When will my delivery order arrive?

Need something for your pup quickly but don’t have the time to come and get it? All Paws Retreat conveniently offers local delivery! We deliver up to 10 miles from our physical store location. To see if you are within our delivery area, input your address and the delivery zone map will indicate if you are in the selected area.

Monday-Friday:

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm will be delivered the same day between 3-6:00pm
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 3-6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday:

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day between 2-5:00pm
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 2-5:00pm

 

Shipping

Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 2:00 EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 2:00 EST then add one additional day.

We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Orders shipping in the continental US via UPS arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
